1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
1 ounce of Vodka
1 cup of Gio's Trio Sauce
2 cups of heavy cream 
8 Basil leaves cut into 1/4" strips
6 ounces of Parmesan cheese 
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of granulated garlic.

  • Melt the tablespoon of butter
  • Once the butter is melted add the basil leaves 
  • Be careful with the next step there will be some flames
  • Pour the vodka into the pan
  • Add the cream and the Gio's Yrio Marinara to the pan
  • Stir the sauce together and let it come up to a boil,
  • Add the cheese, pepper and  garlic and you are done.
  • Pour this sauce over your favorite pasta, add in some grilled chicken and enjoy.

Chef Gio's passion for cooking began in Sicily in his Nona Caterina's cucina.  Gio was inspired by the fresh ingredients and the simplicty of his Nona's delicous homemade cooking.  She always told him to love what you cook, keep it simple and compliment the main ingredient.  These memories along with his three beautiful daughters inspired him to create Gio's Trio.
